ABOUT US
Coaching for entrepreneurs is much different from mentoring other capacities. It is much broader in application than just management training...

One-on-one coaching is highly individualized. Our class settings are less individualized but provide valuable information at a more affordable rate.

Successful coaching requires commitment from the organization and the person being coached, a plan to obtain results, qualified coaches, and a follow-up evaluation.

Our programs are not counseling. They are means of helping entrepreneurs elevate themselves from one level of competency to another.

What Coaching & Training Should Be
Coaching has been linked to real business outcomes, according to a 2019 survey from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Human Capital Institute (HCI).

  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Talent attraction.
  • Profitability.
  • Shareholder value.
  • Labor productivity.
  • Large-scale strategic change.
  • New product/service development and delivery.

Coaching requires commitment. It can lead to better skills to achieve strategic goals more quickly. Most importantly, it can help avoid costly mistakes.
Our Philosopy
Our philosophy is to look at teaching and coaching as partnering. Of course, a class setting by definition creates a student/teacher dynamic, but we strive to keep classes small, so it is a group experience. They are geared to real cases that the team members have, not abstract concepts that have no immediate bearing.
In developing each cohort module or one-on-one individual training plan, we use:

  • Survey data from the participants to identify whose case is best for which topic being covered.
  • Technical and behavioral assessments to understand the skill level of our potential clients so they are placed in the right level of instruction..
  • The material to aid our client or class to solve the problem. Our role is not to provide the answer but the tools.
  • Our experience to provide a perspective on the situation.
  • Goal setting and action planning to move the problem forward.
  • Specific sites, books, or other sources of learning.
  • On-the-job "homework" assignments
